Tony Drake, Managing Director, Drake Commercial
Tony Drake is a Northampton based Chartered Surveyor specialising in industrial, warehousing and office space. He was with only two firms before setting up Drake & Partners in 1996.
The company rapidly expanded, attracting the interest of Bidwells, which ultimately led to a merge in 2003. In January 2008 Tony left to start up again as Drake Commercial, based on Billing Road, Northampton. Over the years Tony has acted for a whole range of clients including major funds and financial institutions, national and international companies, local authorities, developers large and small, and a whole host of local businesses.
"In my business, which involves development, sales and acquisitions of industrial and commercial property, Northamptonshire has been a brilliant place to be as expansion has always been on the agenda.
