Ian Leather, Director, Lambert Smith Hampton
Ian Leather is a Director of Lambert Smith Hampton and Head of the Northampton office where he leads 27 surveyors, plus a support team to provide a wide range of property services and solutions to a mix of private and public sector clients.
Ian moved to Northamptonshire in August 2004 having spent the previous 10 years operating in London both for Lambert Smith Hampton and CB Richard Ellis. His experience in the commercial property sector has evolved over an 18 year period, during which time his principle activities have been providing agency, development and investment advice on office and business park schemes. Ian is also the Lead Director on the current partnership agreement with Northamptonshire County Council, which sees LSH provide full Estates and Professional Services across NCC’s portfolio of 700 Assets.
