Current programmes devised by Invest Northamptonshire for investors include:
Competitive Northamptonshire - Lean Processing
This new programme is targeted at the competitiveness of companies, both in the service and manufacturing sectors. The programme gives large companies and their suppliers the opportunity to benefit from professional advice that will result in measureable productivity and 'bottom line' benefits as well as improvements in their organisation's culture and attitude to change.
The programme has been devised by Invest Northamptonshire and MICE (Metals Industry Competitive Enterprise) who are the delivery consultants. This pilot programme is funded by the Northamptonshire Strategic Partnership and is co-ordinated with the Learning and Skills Council and PERA.
As a sign of their commitment, participating companies contribute 25% of the total cost of the programme.
