Northamptonshire offers a range of residential property from those in an urban environment to countryside locations.
A number of major housing projects are underway and will provide attractive housing in safe environments complimented by a range of facilities. The developments include:
Oakley Vale, Corby - A 176 hectare development with 3,000 quality homes built by Barratt, Bellway, Kings Oak and Wilson Connolly.
Priors Hall, Corby - A sustainable expansion to the town, Priors Hall will provide up to 5,100 high quality homes, a range of leisure and community facilities and public services.
Upton, Northampton - The development at Upton is based on a set of design codes which introduce new standards on quality, creating the benchmark for future housing development across the UK. Upton will include a mix of apartments and terraced homes with a traditional exterior. More than 20 per cent of properties will be classified as affordable housing.
Wellingborough East - The site is being developed to provide around 3,000 new homes with new education, health, recreation and leisure facilities. There will also be a major new park and a combined heat and power scheme. This is a 'green' development in all senses.
